What we collect

When you join the waitlist, we collect your email address, subscription status, consent and unsubscribe timestamps, and limited source information such as referral and UTM campaign details when provided.

Why we collect it

We use this information to operate the waitlist, send occasional product updates and the launch announcement, prevent abuse, and understand which approved traffic sources bring visitors to the site.

Storage and protection

Waitlist information is stored in Supabase. Access to privileged systems is restricted to server-side code and credentials are kept in environment variables. No security measure can guarantee absolute protection.

Email communications and unsubscribing

We use your email address to send occasional development updates and the launch announcement. Every product-update email includes an unsubscribe link. You can unsubscribe at any time using that link.

Services we use

• Supabase stores waitlist information.
• Upstash supports server-side abuse protection.
• Resend delivers waitlist emails.
• Vercel hosts the website and server-side endpoints.

We use Vercel Web Analytics for page views and anonymous waitlist events. It does not use analytics cookies, and we do not send email addresses, session-replay data, or fingerprinting data in analytics events.

Retention and your choices

We retain waitlist information only while it is relevant to operating the waitlist and communicating about OneTap Gym Log, unless a longer period is needed for legitimate operational or legal reasons. You may ask to access, correct, or delete your information.
