1. OneTap Gym Log iOS App

Data collection

The OneTap Gym Log iOS app does not collect or transmit your personal information, workout data, or app usage data to us or to third-party analytics or advertising services.

No account or sign-in is required to use the app.

Workout data and local storage

Information you enter into the app is stored locally on your device. This may include:

• routines and exercises;
• workout sessions and workout history;
• sets, weights, repetitions, and RPE;
• personal records;
• exercise notes;
• app settings and preferences; and
• rest-timer state.

This information is used by the app to provide its workout-tracking features. OneTap does not operate a server that receives or stores this workout information.

Data stored locally on your device may be subject to Apple's device backup and operating-system services depending on your device and Apple settings. Those services are controlled by Apple and are governed by Apple's own privacy practices.

Analytics, advertising, and tracking

The iOS app does not contain third-party advertising, analytics, attribution, or tracking SDKs.

We do not use your activity in the app to track you across apps or websites, build advertising profiles, or serve personalized advertising.

Notifications

If you choose to allow notifications, OneTap may schedule local notifications on your device for features such as rest-timer alerts.

These notifications are generated locally. OneTap does not operate a remote push-notification service for the current version of the app and does not collect or transmit an APNs device token.

You can change notification permissions at any time through your device's iOS Settings.

External links

The app may provide optional links to OneTap's website and social-media pages. These links are opened through system-provided functionality and may take you outside the OneTap app.

When you interact with an external website or service, that service may process information according to its own privacy policy. OneTap does not receive your workout data when you open these links.

Deleting your app data

Because workout information is stored locally rather than in a OneTap account or server, we do not have access to that information and cannot remotely retrieve or delete it for you.

You can use the app's Local Datacontrols to delete workout data available through those controls. You may also remove locally stored app data by deleting the app from your device, subject to any data retained through Apple's device or backup services.

2. OneTap Gym Log Website and Waitlist

The privacy practices of the OneTap website and waitlist are separate from the local data stored by the OneTap Gym Log iOS app.

Information we collect

If you join the OneTap Gym Log waitlist, we may collect:

• your email address;
• subscription status;
• consent and unsubscribe timestamps; and
• limited referral or campaign information, such as referral source and UTM parameters, when available.

We do not receive your locally stored workout history simply because you visit the website or join the waitlist.

How we use this information

We use waitlist information to:

• operate and manage the waitlist;
• send product and development updates;
• send information about the launch of OneTap Gym Log;
• manage subscriptions and unsubscribe requests;
• prevent abuse; and
• understand how approved traffic sources bring visitors to the website.

We do not sell your personal information.

Website analytics

We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand website traffic and limited anonymous website/waitlist activity.

We do not intentionally send email addresses, workout data, session-replay recordings, or fingerprinting information as analytics events.

Website analytics are separate from the OneTap Gym Log iOS app. The current iOS app does not contain Vercel Web Analytics.

3. Service Providers

We use service providers to operate the OneTap website and waitlist:

• Supabase — stores waitlist information;
• Resend — delivers waitlist and product-update emails;
• Upstash — supports server-side abuse protection; and
• Vercel — hosts the website and server-side endpoints and provides website analytics.

These providers may process information as necessary to provide their services to us and are subject to their respective privacy and security obligations.

We expect service providers that process personal information on our behalf to provide protections appropriate to the information they process.

These services are used by the website/waitlist and should not be interpreted as SDKs embedded in the current OneTap Gym Log iOS application.

4. Email Communications

If you join the waitlist or otherwise consent to receive product communications, we may use your email address to send occasional OneTap Gym Log development updates and launch-related communications.

Product-update emails include an unsubscribe option. You can unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link provided in those emails.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

iOS app data

OneTap does not maintain a server-side copy of the workout information stored locally by the current iOS app. Local app data remains under the control of your device and the controls provided by the app and operating system.

Website and waitlist data

We retain waitlist information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the waitlist, communicate about OneTap Gym Log, comply with applicable legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain appropriate operational records.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you by contacting us using the address below.

You may withdraw consent to marketing communications at any time by using the unsubscribe link in an email or by contacting us.

6. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect information handled through the OneTap website and waitlist.

Access to privileged systems is restricted, and sensitive credentials are maintained through server-side environment configuration rather than being exposed through the public website.

No method of electronic storage or transmission can guarantee absolute security.

7. Children's Privacy

The OneTap Gym Log iOS app and website are not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children through an account system.

The current iOS app does not require an account and does not transmit workout information to OneTap.

If you believe a child has provided personal information to us through the website or waitlist in a manner that should be removed, please contact us.

8. International Users

Our website service providers may process information in countries other than the country in which you live. Where applicable, information may therefore be subject to the laws of those jurisdictions and to the safeguards provided by the relevant service provider.

9. Your Privacy Choices

Depending on where you live, applicable law may provide rights relating to personal information we hold about you, such as rights to request access, correction, or deletion.

Because OneTap does not receive the workout information stored locally by the current iOS app, requests made to us cannot retrieve workout information that exists only on your device.

For personal information held through the OneTap website or waitlist, you may contact us to make a privacy request.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when OneTap Gym Log, our website, or our privacy practices change.

If we make changes, we will update the effective date shown at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated where appropriate.
